Lifewares orders are delivered by one of our preferred shipping providers for a fast and efficient service.

All orders are managed by our shipping partners:

When your order is dispatched you will be given a parcel tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your order.

Refer to the below table for estimated delivery times. These times may vary during peak periods such as Christmas for example.

Undeliverable Packages

In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us our customer service team will contact you via phone or email.

Inaccurate Address

If there are any address discrepancies with your order the product may be returned us. A customer service team member will contact you via phone or email.

A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us due to incorrect delivery address provided. 

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt

If no one is present when the order arrives a notification will be left in the mail box for you to pick up your parcel at your local depot or organise a re-delivery.

Rejected by Receiver

If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if the parcel has to be resent.

The expected delivery time given by each courier is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to reasons outside our control. 

If you do not receive your item within 10 business days from dispatch date please contact our customer service team - sales@lifewares.com.au

We do not allow pick up or arranging of your own courier for orders.


Due to the limited access of carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to.

Any orders with no shipment service will be cancelled and refunded automatically.

Please email our customer service department for more information if you need an item delivered to a remote area. We will advise you if your order can be processed successfully - sales@lifewares.com.au
