Returns Policy

SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE AT LIFEWARES

When you shop with LIFEWARES you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have the option to return it. Change of mind purchases can be returned within 14 days of your order. Please read our "Change of Mind" conditions below.
 
This policy applies to all purchases made with LIFEWARES ONLINE.

1. CONSUMER GUARANTEES: 

As a consumer you are entitled to the benefit of consumer guarantees on your purchases from LIFEWARES. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law if the item has a major failure you may be entitled to a refund or exchange, or you may keep the item and seek compensation for any drop in the value of the product.

2. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS:

If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch please contact us as soon as possible. In the event your order has already been dispatched and you still do not wish to keep the item, you can return the goods for a full refund provided it meets the criteria listed below. Postage charges for all returned goods will be at the cost of the purchaser (User) A 20% re-stocking fee for returns because of “change your mind” will also apply. Change of mind returns must be actioned within 14 days of purchase date. A list of items that do not qualify for change of mind returns can be found below.

Items that qualify for returned goods must;

  • Not be used or worn and with original tags and packaging;
  • Not damaged in any way and in perfect sale-able condition, including the original product packaging;
  • Returned with all accessories and parts as originally supplied/delivered;
  • Provide proof of purchase. (receipt or order number)

Items that DO NOT qualify for 'CHANGE OF MIND'

  • Baby product range;
  • Bedding range.
  • Vouchers or Gift Cards
  • Personalised or Custom made products
  • Cosmetics & Fragrances

After you contact LIFEWARES we will ask you to follow our returns procedure. Any returns received without prior contact or approval will be rejected. LIFEWARES will provide you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number.

LIFEWARES will provide you with a store credit or refund (minus the re-stocking fee) only when the returned product is received and checked by a LIFEWARES team member. You are responsible for the return shipping costs of your change of mind order.

3. REFUNDS

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund. Any refunds will appear back in the same account used to place your order. Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.

The LIFEWARES return policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Please read the above to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under our policy and our obligations to you.
